Buffet. I find there is less wasted food on a plate when they aren't given something they don't like. If we were going more formal i'd consider it though

Most likely plated. I don’t think we have an option with buffet style. I also don’t like the look of buffet style.

Buffet! Easier logistics and you don’t need to figure out what meal everyone is eating. We have 3 mains to choose from, salad and assorted sides.

Plated for us. We wanted a buffet for the causality of it, but cost wise it makes more sense for plated.
