Probably plated. My sister is doing our catering so we haven't really decided what style we are going to do. I would really like plated just because the space is a little too small for a buffet

Kind of. It will be like 3 mini buffets set up separately. One will be a carving station, one will be a mac and cheese and mashed potato bar, and the last will be either pasta or tacos and fajitas.

Buffet! I see a cool thing at a wedding last year. They placed name of songs on each table and once the song played that table could dance their way to get food.
