Playlist

Have you talked to your dj? They may have ideas. Check playlists on YouTube and Pinterest for lists of the main songs (first dance, cake cutting, etc)

I just made a playlist with songs we both like, songs our guests like, songs people can reminisce to, and of course the first dance songs. We also are doing the anniversary song (the one where everyone married goes out to the dance floor).

Like previous posts, I put in our “must” play the first dance, father/daughter, etc. but there were songs I always wanted played at my wedding such as Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers, At Last by Etta James, I Can’t Help Falling in Love by Elvis, Kenny G, Michael Jackson, LOVE by Michael Buble, Take My Breath Away by Berlin, Time After Time by Cyndy Lauper. I geared our music to classic songs that all generations would like.


During dinner, my dad, my bridesmaid and my sister at different points mouthed to me “I love this song”. Some of my favorite moments ❤️❤️❤️

We are doing mostly country I think it's know your crowd

What type of music do you like? For us we had The Weekend, Taylor Swift, etc that’s the type of music we like. DJs will play what makes people get up and dance don’t stress so much over it.


Our DJ had lists of songs that was on the website he used.
Also depends what’s your crowd.
