I am not sure which dress I should wear. Please vote. I purchased the 2nd one (a brand new) at David's Bridal back on Feb 17. It was ready to be picked up on Feb 27. I am not sure which dress I should wear. Please vote. I purchased the 2nd one (a brand new) at David's Bridal back on Feb 17. It was ready to be picked up on Feb 27. However, when I came to pick up the item. It was NOT brand new it had makeup stains all in the inside of the dress and the hem was coming out of the dress. So, I reordered the dress and the store stated to me that it should be here in June which would be coming in from China. So, I am looking for a backup dress now.

The ruffled dress will MUCH easier and less expensive to hem. The lace is difficult and expensive to hem and will take a long time. I would not trust getting anything on time from China right now with the coronavirus situation- even if its not coming from the hard hit area.
