Does anyone know how guests can fill out their plus one info in rsvp?

Are you talking about RSVPing online? Or on their RSVP cards to be mailed?

What we did for ours was add John Smith and John Smith Guest to the list and added a message box requesting anybody who was attending with a plus one to message us with the name of their guests.
Worst case if they didn't bother to message us, we knew to reach out and ask for their name later.

I hope that makes sense!
