Poem for my mom

I would like to do a poem for my mom on my wedding day. We weren't very close growing up but have become closer since. I just want to basically say thank you for all she has done. I didn't realize all that she did when I was younger but have grown to have a better understanding. I've been searching the net but haven't really found anything that "speaks" to me yet. Any suggestion??

    You can also personalize it and also write her a letter sharing your feelings.

    I thought of doing a poem but instead I chose "A WOMAN'S WORK" byMAXWELL that'll be sung by as our mothers enter the ceremony.My mom was a single mother of three and his mom was a widow of 13 after FH father passed away.Go to you tube and listen to it and let me know what you think.
