Hi all

I would like a poem to go in a card to give my brother to ask him to give me away. Following the death of our father 3 years ago I cannot think of anyone that or I myself, or my dad, would see as a better person to do the job, and I'd like the poem to reflect that. I am struggling to find one, and I'm not overly creative with words... any help would be appreciated!

This is a sweet idea. If you’re struggling to come up with a poem asking him, would you consider giving him a poem on your wedding day to thank him? These are a little more plentiful! You could then think up another way to ask him? Maybe a framed photo of you two with a heartfelt note asking him?
