So FH and I have narrowed down our 3rd entree option to two selections: prime rib or New York strip. I'm not eating the steak because I don't want food coma to hit me before I try to dance all night, and FH thinks both are delicious and can't choose. Both will be served with asparagus and either garlic mashed or twice baked potatoes.
I want to be sure the beef is crowd pleasing, SO if it were you would you rather have the option of Prime Rib or New York Strip? I have weird texture issues, so prime rib is never my choice, but I want to know what a majority would like since I'm not eating it anyway!
The other two options are parmesan crusted salmon and grilled vegetable ravioli, if that makes a difference.
