We mailed our invitations over a month ago for our 10/16 wedding day. As we have been talking to some of our guests this week we are finding out they never received our invites. They were never returned and we have confirmed the correct address. They are also to people in our same town. As you can imagine it’s frustrating and so awkward!
We have also had people say they put their RSVP in the mail that we have never received either.
Has anyone else had this issue?Those mailing their invites, just a heads up this may be an issue

The mail was really delayed for mine. Some RSVPs took over a week to get back to me. But in my experience, they all made it eventually.

We had some fail to get to their destination for no apparent reason, none of which were returned to us. We were kind of prepared for this though and had extras to send out to those who never received theirs.

This is one of my biggest fears, We had a cousin get our save the dates but my aunt who lives in the same house never received hers

Another thing to consider— are the invitations a bit heavy or are they unusually sized? If this is the case, they may have required additional postage.
