Post wedding CHOP!

I've been thinking of doing it.... but since we want to start having kids relatively soon after our wedding... I want to have that long luxurious extra beautiful hair that pregnant women get. I've sort of wanted to chop it all off right before I have a baby (I'm talking jennifer lawrence/miley cyress short... which I've done before) so that I don't have long hair during birth and when I really won't care about my appearance when I'm sleep deprived

My Mrs. chop before and after. I felt the same way as you do now, KM. I was so ready, and I'm usually SUPER attached to my hair. First time in a WHILE that I didn't care, and just wanted some of it off. I cut about 6 inches off.

Looks like the WW (no pic) curse just hit me.. odd.

Pre-wedding I was so sick of my hair that I was ready to shave it off.

But I'm now 4 months post wedding and I still haven't done anything! I spent so long growing it out that I've become really attached to it. I have an appointment tomorrow, maybe I'll take off a couple of inches....

I think I'll go back to this haircut after the wedding. HAHAHAHAHAHA! LOL! Actually - I think I sported it pretty well :-)

LOL! Thanks. I am going to get it cut someday, but I'm old, and I don't want the grandma haircut yet.

I want to chop my hair off after the wedding so badly, but it has taken so much work to grow it out. Yet It is so frustrating because it falls out and gets all over everything and like you said, clogs the drain; hate to say it, but the FH doesn't like to clean out the drain for me. So I'm thinking I too will cut off a few inches after the nuptials.

I cut my hair 4 times after the wedding. Each time got shorter. I love it. But then I decided to stop getting relaxers, and now Im going natural. Idk why, something about being married made me adventurous with my hair. I will post pics later.

Another thing I hate is that when it gets really long, it falls really flat and just looks...shabby, unless I take a half hour and do something with it. Ain't nobody got time for that.

My hair is almost down to my hip bones!! I still have another 9ish months till my wedding and I want to cut it now…but I shall wait...

Yes! So looking forward to chopping it off. My hair is very long. Not sure if I have a "hairstyle" for afterwards. But I'll be chopping off about 10" but still long enough to fit into a ponytail (so probably just around my shoulders with a bit of layering).

Even FH wants a haircut. I love it hair but he is tired of having to brush it (one or two strokes in the morning lol) but he wants a buzz cut

Yes! Omg I can hardly wait to cut my hair! I started growing it out last august (as in 2013) and will be cutting it off in June. So freaking excited it is going to be awesome. I was actually just talking to FH about this on the weekend. He loves the long hair, but it drives him nuts that every time he gets close to me he incidentally pulls it. So I think he is excited for the chop as well.
