I'm so sorry you had to postpone! Your wedding in October will be beautiful! I recommend planning something fun for your original date. Could be a weekend getaway for you and your fiance, or a night out, or even a movie night in! Or you could plan a second set of engagement photos for your original date. Or even a spa day with friends. In any case, plan something that you know you will enjoy! That way, you still have some happy memories on that day, and then look forward to your new wedding date.

I'm so sorry! Covid has ruined a ton of things for everyone. I'm currently pregnant with our first child and it has been nothing like what I imagined so I totally get feeling bummed.

Your feelings are valid, and you have every right to be bummed about postponing! I like Lisa's suggestion about doing something fun on your original date! Celebrate together and make it a fun day to remember!

I’m sorry you had to postpone! The feeling gets better over time. While it’s not ideal for anybody to postpone Think of the positives. Your wedding compared from March to October will be SO different as far as restrictions go. When October comes around, the virus will pretty much be behind us. We are on track to reach herd immunity by fall and you’ll be able to do a lot more! We had to move our wedding to September 2021 and I’m very thankful we did. The time will fly by, you’ll have more time to save and most importantly, you’ll get to marry your best friend! Keep your head up! 2021 is our year.

You have every right to feel completely bummed out about postponing- it would be wrong if you didn’t. Definitely plan something fun for your original date. The good thing is that now you have more time, you can tweak certain things for your wedding!

Yes it does give me more time to change a few things and hopefully have all of my guests attend our special day thank you!
