Postponed Wedding - What are you doing on your og date?

My fiance and I did a weekend getaway for our original date! We visited the area that our wedding will be in (we're doing a semi destination wedding in our state, a few hours from where we live). We ate lunch at our venue's restaurant, went wine tasting, visited some of our favorite restaurants (and visited some new ones too!), bought a mini cake from our cake baker for us to share on our original date, and I put together a gift basket for my fiance that had wine, COVID themed coffee mugs, wine glasses, snacks/candy, coffee, a card, etc. It ended up being a beautiful weekend full of amazing memories.

Originally 07/23/20, moved to 2022, hopefully in spring. We had “save the date” photo session and cut our wedding cake. Exchanging gifts too.

We were supposed to get married last weekend. We ended up having a small engagement bbq with our bridal party since we hadn't been able to have one due to covid. It was an emotional day but shared lots of laughs and made the best of it!
