Postponing again?

Lindsey, on October 11, 2020 at 9:24 AM Posted in Planning 0 4
Ok guys so here we are, about 4 months out from our postponed date and I’m not really feeling it. We were supposed to get married 3/29/20 and pushed it to 2/28/21. But our venue is limiting everything to 14 ppl. They said we can move it to a different part of the resort but I think I would always resent it and I’m stubborn and want my venue. it’s a warming hut on top of mount hood and is just amazing. I just think if I “settled” for less I would always think about what could have been. We aren’t on a specific timeline and the wedding is modular for our friends and family to be in one place.

When do you need to have an answer by? Anything can happen in 4 months. What is your normal guestcount?

If you cannot compromise and you want the day you want then I would postpone. I would wait closer to as it is too early to say now but if the big day you have dreamed of is important then do it.

I agree with PP. wait a bit longer to decide but if you know that’s what you want then don’t settle for anything less even if it takes a while longer.

Agree with the others. If you feel that passionately about this & you know it’s your “must have” than don’t compromise.
