My fiancé and I are thinking we might postpone our honeymoon until the February after our wedding, wedding is in August 2015. We live in a summer destination in Canada (40 Degrees ) and would both take off a week before the wedding from work, due to guests travelling from Asia, England and all over the U.S and Canada. We don't want to push our luck with time off and feel silly going to ' a beach destination' in the summer. Also, we would have the option of a romantic ski holiday in February. I'll have a lot of friends and family flying to the wedding and want to be able to spend the week before with them. I know some couples who have done this...I just wonder if I'll regret it. Will it still feel like a honeymoon, 6 months later?
