Pregnant Bridesmaid....help

So I need some advice on what to do about bridesmaid dresses when one person in the party is extremely pregnant. We found out in January that one of my girls is due 2 weeks after our wedding. I was dead set on everyone wearing the exact same dress, like dead set. Had them picked out. But at this point, I either have to sacrifice that and have everyone wear different or just have her dress be different? Has anybody else dealt with this? What did you do?
It will really really bother me to have all my girls mismatched at my wedding. But every dress I fall in love with can’t be worn pregnant, and the amount of maternity bridesmaid dresses I have come across are slim. I just feel like I’m kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place with not much time to figure it out
