Pregnant moh and Bridal Shower and Bachelorette

I just found out my MOH is pregnant with her 2nd baby. We are super excited! Our wedding is end of Aug and she's due at the end of Oct. She's the one planning and hosting the bridal shower and bachelorette party with the help of the other 3 bridesmaids. We've discussed options for both but now I'm starting to worry if it will put unneeded stress on her, as she has a 1 year old to care for who is a flower girl. Her husband is the best man. I want to tell her I am fine keeping things simple and that I want to make sure she's comfortable but I dont want her to think that I think she can't handle it. I know she can, I just feel bad adding to her plate. How can I word this? Should I say anything? When we talked she just seemed concerned about trying to plan it around everything going on with COVID-19, and moving the bridal shower and bachelorette to July and Aug instead of in June and July.
