Pressure from my family!! My mother is so excited about me getting married but she has been very overwhelming and I am not sure how to handle her. She always says that I don't need to stress but she stresses me out and I don't want to hurt her feelings and I know that I have to get done before 9/26/20 that being my wedding day. I just don't want to not enjoy planning my wedding. Help!

It's crazy I thought maybe not my mom would plan everything together too but after she completely lost it on me about my bridesmaids dresses 5 months ago I literally only tell her something if she asks. She knows what she did was wrong but she'll never admit it. I just want her there happy but no heavy help need just the decor prep. Anything that needs an answer I'll figure it out.

Maybe find specific things that you can use to include her? You could go shopping together for the dress or let her take a tour of the venue (once you've selected it) or let her join you for a tasting? You could also plan a time to go to a wedding expo with her. Those are fun and you get a lot of free swag, but it's not giving her actual input on the wedding. Then just don't share the rest of the details with her, but tell her you want her to be wowed the day of the wedding.
