Private Space for Elopement in Asheville, nc

Hi! My fiancé and I had to postpone our celebration but want to have our ceremony with our officiant on 8/4/2020 anyway. Anyone know of a space (outdoor is fine as long as there is a rain plan b) we could rent or use for 1-2 hours that has either cell reception or WiFi to zoom our families in? Hoping to keep it very inexpensive if possible, thanks!
