Pro Bam! This was how it was meant to be!

After many changes, size, location, theme, COVID forced us to have an intimate ceremony at the groom’s parent’s home. On September 12th, with only 20 guests, we finally said I do. The weather was picture perfect. My MIL created a beautiful ceremony and reception at her home. We married just steps from the dock where my husband proposed. After a personal ceremony where we wrote our own vows and our mothers assisted with a handfasting ceremony we had a wonderful dinner. We had plenty of time to socialize with guests and be silly with each other. The whole day flew by but it was completely stress free. We had a dry wedding and provided our guest with homemade punch and sparkling lemonade for toasts. We ended the night by lighting 20 large lanterns and letting them float up over the Chesapeake bay, perfection!
