We got married April 13 2019 in Angleton Tx at Magnolia Manor ( The Springs )

Nothing came with our venue besides how beautiful it is even with nothing in it. We planned our wedding for about a year, and I think that was a great amount of time to do so.

One thing I will recommend is hiring a day of coordinator, we met with her a couple of times before hand and emailed/texted here and there. I give her full credit for how smooth the day went. There was literally nothing that went wrong besides it rained like 45 min before our wedding started so someone had to go dry the chairs outside and my mom forgot a $80 sign I rented in her car LOL. But everything was seriously perfect!

Here’s a breakdown, I will try to include pricing as well. -250 guestrs

Venue- The Springs at Magnolia Manor $8,450

Caterer( included food, linens, flowers, some beverages & décor) $11,012.33

Food was rosemary garlic pork loin & parm.crusted chicken breast- everyone raved all night about the food

Wedding Dress- Nettabenshabu, I can’t remember the name of it, part of her sauvage line $4,000 with alterations included

Makeup- “ Hey Doll Beauty” around $600

Hair- $120 ( a close friend )

Misc. Décor I bought or rented $400ish – The arch was $222 & I LOVE it

DJ, loud cloud, photo booth & Monogram- “ Party Loud Events” $1,040. Highly recommend him if you are in Houston.

Violinist- “Cam Keys” $600ish

Alcohol/Sodas – Bought alcohol from Total Wine & More, spent like $1500. We bought more than enough but I made a bar cart at home with the leftovers

Tux Rentals- Mens Warehouse, we don’t ever have problems there. My FH bought his Jacket from there, I think it might have been free with a promo they were having.

Bartenders- “ on the rocks “ $495 which I think is way too much but..

Cakes- “ Sweeties Dulce “ My cake was a gift from my Aunt, the grooms cake we bought from her also for $70

Security- $200-300

Photography/Video- $5,000ish. “ J & D Productions” They are amazing and well worth the money spent.

Officiant- One of FH really good friends who is a pastor at a small church, he paid for his license and then gave him $150-200 I think.

I’m sure I am missing things but overall it was an amazing time. The DJ was playing until everyone left, we danced all night. The DJ actually emailed us saying that our wedding was one of the best he has ever been to! We had such a mixture of people and music. I had so much fun planning this wedding, I wish I could do it again!!
