I got my wedding photos back, and I love them! She sent me almost 600 pictures, so I did my best to pick some highlight photos to give y'all a good image of my big day. I'll do my best to do a budget breakdown, but to be honest...I don't remember how much all of the little things cost (being a month after my wedding), it is all a blur now, haha. Anyways, everything was imperfectly perfect and I am so happy to be MARRIED!!!
Details:
We were married at 5:00pm on 6-29-2019 in VA. We did a first look, had all of our pictures done before the ceremony, and did not have a cocktail hour (it was more like 30 min to give the DJ time to switch gear to reception and guests time to grab a drink and app and find a seat). Our dinner was buffet style: Apps- crab dip & pita chips, fruit, and a BLT salad, Dinner- BBQ & buns, fried chicken, mac n chz, green beans, coleslaw, and dinner rolls, and Dessert- Wedding cake & S'mores bar. The cake was 5 different flavors: lemon raspberry, strawberry shortcake, white chocolate raspberry, blackberry stroussel, and banana cream. Everyone raved about the food!! We served sweet and unsweet tea, water, and lemonade for non-alcoholic drinks. And we served beer (corona, yuengling, & bud light), wine (Cabernet, Chardonnay, and White Zin), and moonshine (6 different flavors). Everyone had fun! There was a lot of dancing, hanging out / chatting, and playing corn hole. I kept hearing all of the guests say how much they loved the music the DJ was playing, and thought everything turned out so nice. Eeek....officially Mrs. Davis!!!
