Procession Order Help?

Oh, and I have a flower girl :-) She's 4, so I'm not sure she'll make it all the way down the aisle.

So I initially was planning to get married in a church with two aisles and I considered having bridesmaids Walk down one and groomsmen walk down the other at same time. But I've read a lot that some people will only use one aisle so they kind of section off the seating to just be two sections rather than three.

The chapel I was married in had two aisles instead of a center one as well. Bridesmaids walked down the left aisle and groomsmen walked down the right (if you are looking forward at the altar from the back). I then walked in down the left aisle. After the ceremony, we exited up the right aisle. This made it so everyone got a chance to see me/us from either one. And it worked out perfectly! As far as your FH's mother, I think her walking in with your FH would be perfect!
