Processional order with no bridal party

Breah, on August 6, 2024 at 5:25 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 2

Hi all my name is Breah and im a May 2025 bride!

My fiance and I have elected to not have a bridal party except for a MOH and BM. That being said im having a hard time with deciding the processional order. I know that i want these people to walk down just not sure what order, our officiant, my grandparents, his parents, my mom and step father, and our moh/bm. Also I want to somehow include my brother since my sister is my moh and she will be walking down.

Any suggestions are so very much appreciated, thank you!

I’d have grandparents, your brother, groom’s parents, your parents (all family). Then the officiant to start the ceremony part. Then you could either do BM, MoH, groom, bride, or if you want your MoH for last-minute adjustments, BM, groom, MoH, bride.

There are no requirements as to who walks these days. But, I would ask everyone you listed first, including your partner. Some are not comfortable being in a parade, and a long processional can be boring for guests. Plus the simpler the ceremony schedule, the less need for a rehearsal.
