Programs

MLS, on September 30, 2020 at 12:18 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 5

I am willing to make my own programs, pretty easily. I am willing to but I am wondering what other people did.

I live in Placer County, and I am getting married mid-September. I was planning on making the programs into fans since it will be close to 90 degrees (potentially more). Our ceremony is outside, in an area without shade. I thought they could be practical.

What did you do?

Fans are an excellent idea! Very practical. Most people who them tend to make simple folded church bulletin types and recycle leftovers.

My cousin did fans for her outdoor wedding and they were beautiful and very useful.

We are doing wedding programs for a Catholic Mass so we bought hand fans in the event that it is hot outside. 10 days out and it is looking to be upper 70’s to lower 80’s.

I did my own too! I found a template online and then printed it myself

I purchased a template on Etsy then had them printed at Office Depot. Mine weren't fans though.

I think programs are a waste, but considering you are having an outdoor wedding in extremely high temperatures, fans would be nice. Etsy has templets for things like this. You can print them at Office Depot, or other printing stores, on a heavy cardstock so they will work as fans.
