I usually wear in US size 0, I had the measurement in store. With 3 weeks of delays, I finally tried on the dress. It's so big!!! The SIZE 10 DRESS really SHOCKED and DISTURBED me and my friend. My wedding is at the end of May, it's impossible to get a new dress in only 50 days! The manager always play the blame game. My consultant left the store. Their HUGE mistakes ruined my wedding. It's an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

That is definitely really unfortunate and I am sorry this happened to you. I understand you are upset, but I wouldn't jump right to "this ruined my wedding" because then you are choosing to hurt yourself and your future spouse by letting this ruin your wedding. Go into problem-solving mode and brainstorm ways to get a dress you like from another source. Call around to other bridal stores to see what they have in stock to take home immediately. Also try non-bridal stores and keep an open mind.

I know there is a shop in Boston called Vows (from the tv show I found the Gown) where they sell dresses cheap and they are bought and taken home that day. I know you are in NYC but maybe you could take a trip and make a girls weekend? Just an idea of how you would be able to find another gown .
