Proposal pics!!!

Here is ours! Goo Goo Dolls is “our band” because Iris is “our song”. We originally had front row seats which I had Already known about. What I didn’t know is that he went to the venue ahead of time and talked with some people... in the end the band ended up giving us free meet and greet tickets and seats on the stage and eventually pulled us out on stage and handed him the microphone, where he got down on his knee and proposed in front of thousands of people! I waited 8 years for a proposal, and this definitely made the wait worth it!! 💙💙💙

My fiancé proposed on NYE at Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburgh. My best friend and her husband had asked us to go there for New Year’s. I was so excited to go, but my fiancé was complaining about having to go look at “stupid Christmas lights and plants!” I had no idea, but he had been planning this with my best friend since October, and they had even scouted out different spots there and had a code phrase he would use to signal he was ready to pop the question! Afterwards, we all went back to our house. I knew we had invited a few people over, but he had invited both of our families and friends to celebrate our engagement! It was a night to remember!!!

We were engaged at Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin, Ireland. After an amazing tour and each of us getting to ring the church bells over Dublin my FH asked one of the priests who was chatting while waiting for mass to begin to take our picture. I had no idea what was going on so when he started to get down on his knee I actually said "what are you doing?!". The priest fumbled with the phone and we were sure we weren't going to have any pictures, but they were perfect!

Awww so warm and fuzzy Love the pumpkins and the other PP's pictures as well. FH proposed before he was supposed to so we don't have great proposal pictures he says the ring was burning a hole in his pocket and he couldn't wait so although my sister knew he was going to ask me at my surprise birthday party he did it while we were in the back of the house away from most guest. I'm also low-key not into surprises so I am glad he didnt do it in the middle of the party as planned.
