I broke my first Noritake Colorwave bowl while moving a couple of weeks ago. I just tossed it in the trash and figured I'd just go order a new one at BBB. So I went yesterday and apparently, if I had brought the broken bowl in, they would have just given me a new one for free. Instead, I had to pay $20 to order a new one.

Oh man - I just added these to my registry because of a co-worker who was saying how durable they are! Good to know about the replacements though!
