I purchased a custom domain almost a week ago through Wedding Wire and only received a confirmation of the purchase - $24/year and no other instructions on how to launch the custom website and link it the current wedding wire site I already built. I've reached out to their support team now twice via email which seems like the only way to contact them. No response in 6 days! Has anyone else experienced this ? When I go on the custom domain page now and search the domain I "purchased" it says available. Any suggestions on how to get this fixed or a better way to get Wedding Wire to actually provide customer support would be greatly appreciated.
