Pure Romance party / bachelorette party

Hello brides-to-be I have a question to ask if you girls are going to a pure romance party what kind of food and goodie bags would you like to see my friend elise and I are planning a pure romance party because I'm not really into a bachelorette party so we're thinking an old fashioned girly slumber party complete with board games chick flicks some pudding shots and jello shots we're not really wanting to go out to the club so we figured we do a party at the house with a brunch in the morning to celebrate some more so I'm just trying to come up with like I said ideas for goodie bags chick flicks and food so please give me some good feedback and some comments and suggestions it would be greatly appreciate and again congratulations I'm looking forward to hearing all your feedback

Pizza and ice cream lol or wings. Chicken nugget trays and fruit trays. I would want food like that, especially if it's a sleep over. And for movies, man I could name tons. Dear John, the notebook, the vow, how to lose a guy in 10 days, bridesmaids, girls trips, 27 dresses, magic Mike, sweet home Alabama, coyote ugly, failure to launch, legally blonde, pitch perfect, 10 things I hate about you, ps I love you, easy A, crazy stupid love. Tons of movies lol

Kate listed just about every chick flick I know. If you want to keep it wedding related, My Best Friend's Wedding, Bride Wars, and Monster-In-Law are good!

Wait are the guests supposed to buy stuff? I personally probably wouldn’t attend because of that.

Know that the guests aren't buying bringing anything I'm just trying to come up with ideas so I know what to provide Maid of Honor's in Texas so I'm kind of her voice right now until she gets here

As a guest, I’d probably skip this. It’s a party where the guests are expected to buy things and the host (you) will get free things depending how much money your guests spend. Have the slumber party with movies, games, food, and drinks, but I’d skip the pure romance part of it.

Also, punctuation is your friend.

I agree with PP. Definitely have the fun slumber party with movies, board games, and fun food but skip Pure Romance. Pure Romance is a multi level marketing company, which are more or less pyramid schemes. I do not support MLMs at all and would advise anyone else to do the same.

Okay thing everybody's missing the whole point to my discussion board I'm looking for ideas for their gift bags and their food I respect your opinions don't get me wrong but again this is more about coming up with ideas for their food and their goodie bags thank you so much

-Favors: nail polish, lotions, face masks? You guys could even do some DIY spa stuff at home that night if you wanted. Maybe a bottle of wine or champagne, or mini ones?
-For movies: Bridesmaids, I Feel Pretty, Bad Moms, The Proposal, Mamma Mia, Pitch Perfect, Friends with Benefits?
-Food: Veggie & Fruit trays are always good snacks. Chips & Dip? Depending on what you want to spend, sushi or pasta may be fun too! I like lots of appetizers, so bruschetta, caprese, etc.
