Our venue called us a few days ago and said that we couldn't do what we had been planning to do due to them having an event at 6pm that day. I had reserved 4 tables in a restaurant and was just going to pay out of pocket for dinner for everyone. They originally said yes and now they said no. Instead they offered us a catering package which I was cool with. Although the dinners for the package were out of our price range at $30/ head (their normal menu prices are about $10 cheaper including service fees). They're really our only vendor and we are just in love with that restaurant so I signed the contract and put down the deposit today! We're having a European Brunch inspired meal with quiche and a club sandwich. Hopefully it suits everyone's tastes. It sure looks delish from what patrons have been posting on their Insta.
