Hi everyone my wedding is in November 12,2022 should I start planning now even through my finance and I long distance and list my guests or wait until next year 2021 when we both together?

I think if you want to start making a list of guests, work on budget and venues you can but given the pandemic you won't really be able to tour venues yet.
If I were you, I would just wait until 2021

You can start planning now. I got engaged back in March 2018 (two and a half years before our planned wedding date) and we did some initial planning/research tasks in 2018. Work with your FS to come up with a list of guests and a budget, and start putting aside money for the wedding now. You can start booking your venue and vendors in early 2021, but you'll already have an idea of what you can afford at that point!
