What packages do you offer, and what is the pricing for each?

-What deposit amount do you require?

-When is final payment due, and what forms of payment do you accept?

-What are your cancellation and postponement policies?

-Do you offer any "extras" (uplighting, photo booth, dance floor lights, etc)? What are the costs?

-We have a variety of age groups attending our wedding. How do you ensure that all of them will be on the dance floor/do you mix up the genres to appeal to everyone?

-What happens if there is an emergency on your end or you end up being sick on our wedding day? Will we be refunded, or will you send a replacement?

-Do you bring an assistant?

-Can I give you a list of our "must play" and "do not play" songs? When would you need those by?

-If I wanted to add an extra hour the day of the wedding, what is the cost?

-Do you cover both ceremony music and reception music?

-Do you use separate systems for ceremony and reception? Or will there be downtime required to switch the setup over to the reception and/or cocktail hour? How much downtime would be needed?

-How far in advance will you need our song selections for first dance, ceremony, grand entrances, etc? What is the best way to submit these to you?

-Do you require us to follow any particular COVID precautions? What COVID precautions will you take?
