Normally people just have the dj cut whatever song they pick.

I agree with Kelly. You can have the DJ fade it out. You can also invite others to join you part way through the song. We're doing this for the father/daughter dance )and probably the mother-son dance) about 30 sec to 1 min in the DJ will invite all fathers/daughters to join us on the dance floor.

This is wise. We cut our songs to 90 seconds and it still felt long. We worked with our dj to do this. Try it out with your partner and dance to a song for x amount of time. 30-60 seconds might be enough

His mom and son song: landslide
My dad and daughter dance: Israel kamakawiwole: over the rainbow
Our first dance: Otis Redding these arms of mine

Just have your DJ fade out your song of choice after the 2nd or 3rd chorus.... Soundwave Entertainment, Orlando
