Raising Centerpieces to make them taller?

Kim, on May 4, 2010 at 6:06 AM Posted in Style and Décor 0 1

I've found a really neat centerpiece candle holders that I want to use but I'm afraid it's a little too short. I want to raise it up about 5" or more, any ideas that might be budget friendly?

You could try glass or wood blocks, stones or pavers, depending on what the candle holders are made of, you should choose the same material as the candle holder or you may have to cover it with fabric. You could also buy another candle holder or vase and flip one upside down as the base. Just make sure the total height of the centerpiece dosen't block your guests line of sight. I suggest going very tall or staying low.
