Any advice as to what is a good guideline for resizing the engagement ring versus getting an insert/guard/clasp to attach to the ring. My ring has started to feel looser towards the end of the day. I take my jewelry off when I work out, so I'm worried about making the ring too snug. I'm also worried...

Any advice as to what is a good guideline for resizing the engagement ring versus getting an insert/guard/clasp to attach to the ring. My ring has started to feel looser towards the end of the day.

I take my jewelry off when I work out, so I'm worried about making the ring too snug. I'm also worried that if I gain weight, the ring will be too tight.

My jeweler that my fiancé got my ring at put the sizing bumps in it for free. He said it was included. Definitely check that out! My hands are swollen in the morning but not at all at night and it worked perfectly!! Good luck

I would only get it resized if your ring is constantly spinning around your finger!

I got a silicone wrap that I can take off when needed. It is soft so it doesn't damage the ring. I bought it off Amazon.
