He proposed at 9PM. I had set up three dress appointments for the following days by 11PM and started building our wedding website. We were on a bit of a time crunch though.

View Quoted Comment Because we knew we wanted to get married and when talking about when ideally we would want to get married, we both agreed in 2 yrs was the most realistic. Our relationship has kind of been on the fast track. We have been together less than 2 yrs but we just had a baby almost a yr ago. She will be one next month. I also have a son from a previous marriage. We have our family and can't wait to get married.

Started calling venues the next day

The day after we got engaged and told friends and family we had a casual conversation of what would be nice to have. We (or I should really say I) didn't start planning until a week after once he was ready to start talking details.

That’s Awesome!!

I believe I started planning a week after we got engaged. We knew that our wedding date was going to be popular and we wanted to start locking down our venue/vendors as soon as possible.
