Real flowers or artificial flowers for wedding?

I’m having a hard time deciding if I should get real flowers or artificial flowers ? I am paying for everything for my bridesmaids, wedding etc. I just don’t know which would be a cheaper route, what are y’all’s preferences?

I am also in the same boat as you I think I will go with both on the guest tables real flowers, my and fiancé table real flowers 💐 and our background artificial flowers. Then the ceremony venue artificial flowers

I am planning to rent premium silk floral centerpieces, bouquets and aisle markers from something borrowed florals; they will send you sample bouquets and centerpieces to get a feeling for their work before you commit. I plan to get Costco or fifty flowers boutiniers and corsages since trying to get those returned seem like “a whole thing.” I also plan to get some bulk roses and hydrangeas from Costco to supplement cake table, guest book table, foyer of venue etc.

Doing real flowers for the actual parties. Fake seems to be the go to for the large pieces as it’s easier. For the table my partner had the idea of herbs. It tends to be cheaper, smell wonderful and we are using it to tie into the catering.
