What are your thoughts on using fake flowers vs real ones in the wedding and reception? We have a lot of members with seasonal allergies and our event is on May. This will ensure no one has any issues and it saves money!

Thank you! Yes I did! I got all of the material at Michaels, and Hobby Lobby has "life like" one's that are real to touch, I splurged and bought those for my bouquet!

I personally would choose real flowers but that's just me. But it depends on whether you are getting married outside or inside for the ceremony and reception. If you get married outside you really don't need flowers per say unless you are decorating an arch. But if you get married inside then I would I would like to suggest that you find a flower that doesn't really have a scent or a very light scent to it and go from there. There is also a flower option that you can use which is flowers that's made out of wood but they can be dyed any color that you want and they are called sola wood flowers and their website is solawoodflowers.com. Amazon also has some fake flowers that look real. I hope this helps you out.

I prefer fresh flowers all the way. Fake flowers are either super expensive or they don't look real with no in between. As far as allergies, that should not a concern with a florist.
