I'm having a tough time choosing my centerpieces for the reception. I like the concept of tall centerpieces, however, my wallet is not comfortable. The average price for a tall floral centerpiece is $100 . I'm not a big flower person. I visited a florist yesterday and they had a tall vase filled with fluorescent beads and crystals hanging on gold branches. It really caught my eye. I'm getting married at the end of March and was wondering if something like this would be appropriate. The florist is renting the centerpieces for $100 each. I think the price is still high but I was much more impressed with the look rather than having fresh flowers..so the advice I'm looking for is (1) am I paying too much for rented centerpieces and (2) would you consider branches a winter item? Thanks!
