If you have a caterer in mind, I’d ask them for a list of venues they’ve worked with. I’m not sure about your area, but in my area all the venues that can hold that many people either require one of their preferred caterers or have in-house catering.

That's a lot of people. I agree with PPs about checking with caterers first.

As a person who just got married in Cleveland I'm not sure there is a space that big that will allow your own caterer. 78th st studios and the screw factory allow your own but too small I think for you, but worth a look. Let me know if you need an awesome wedding planner
