Reception table decor?

I’m looking for advice on how to design the placement of everything on the reception tables. What methods have you used? I have pictures for inspiration and a broad idea but the smaller pieces are causing me some anxiety 😅


I’m using 10ft long wooden farm/estate tables that seat 4 people on each side. I know I want a medium-large floral centerpiece and small vases & candles on either side.
I’ve been trying to draw the plans on paper but it’s not that helpful. Should I just buy a few place holder pieces and figure it out that way or is there any site that lets you ‘create’ a table online?
