Rectangle and round table mix?

Tiffany, on February 16, 2017 at 11:55 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 6

So, the venue we are looking at said that itll be easier to fit our 250 guests at either all rectangle tables or a mixture of round and rectangle. Im nervous because i have never seen this done at a wedding before and also because we are choosing plated dinners. Any advice or input?

Let your venue decide. They will be the ones navigating through the tables during dinner.

    Calm down. Trust your venue.

That's the trendy style now anyway, to have a mix of rectangles and rounds. I prefer rounds myself because it helps facilitate easier conversations, but the mixed look is damn sexy.

Here's a gorgeous setup at my venue with a blend:

It's doable. That's what my friends did at their wedding. It just worked best with the space.

We are doing a mix! I love the look of long tables and our venue suggested doing both. I like that I can have different centerpiece of the two types of tables.

I love the look of the mixed tables! I'm going to see if I can do it at my venue!
