Red Lip and Champagne Dress

The more I look at makeup, the more I'm digging the classic Hollywood style--red lip, black winged liner. My dress is champagne and ivory--do you think that a red lip would clash with my dress? I'm thinking I'll have my hair to the side like I do in the picture, but it'll be curlier and possibly braided.

Also, is the black too dark???? I'm trying to decide if I should do that or dark-brown.

I can't imagine why they would clash. Only you will know it's not a stark white dress, since your guests will see a beautiful bride. Wear what you love.

I think the lip color goes well with your hair color and complexion, so I don’t see why it would clash with your dress.

The color in the picture is a pink-based red, which I think would go beautifully with a blush dress! (Orange or blue-based reds, maybe not so much)

I’d try it with an outfit similar in color to your wedding dress. It looks great in your picture, but hard to tell if it will mesh well with your dress.

Too dark on the black would have it done as they know what world look good and not. I’m doing Old Hollywood Glamour as Well this is how my hair will be but to the side

I think Hollywood Glamour style makeup will look gorgeous with your dress! A bold red lip or strong eye makeup won't clash at all!! I think it actually takes a decent amount of makeup to make us all looked dressed up enough for our wedding dresses!
And that dress is so pretty on you!!
