What do you registrar for? Normally I thought it’s things you need but I am trying to clear out things we have. I don’t see anything we need at this point so what should I look for or do

You can register for extra things like towels and linens or upgrades of things like small appliances (coffee maker, mixer, toaster...) pots and pans, dishes, or silverware. If there's truly nothing that you want or need, skip the registry and people will gift cash.

I would recommend registering for things you might want, not just need. Like maybe you'd like a new vacuum that's better than what you have, or some nice china, maybe you could use more cups or plates. I'd say take a walk around Bed, Bath and Beyond (or wherever you want to go) and see what they have. There's all kinds of things out there that you didn't know you might be able to use! So maybe register for new things, nicer things, or things you may need in the future, storage totes, luggage, picture frames for wedding photos, etc. If not, you can look into alternative registries like a honeymoon registry!
