Hey guys! I’m trying to update my registry date and city, state but every time I update it it goes back to the original and it’s super frustrating

We have registries at a few different places. Most were easy to change the date and it stayed that way. It’s only Bloomingdale’s that I’m having trouble with. I put the new date in and it just keeps saying “Your changes could not be made. Try again later”. So I don’t know.
