Registry dilemma!

Devon, on November 14, 2019 at 2:30 PM Posted in Registry 0 10
So we started our registry through target with a link to Honeyfund as well, but I really want some stuff from Anthropologie too 😭 is 3 separate registries (target and Honeyfund are kinda combined) too many? Or would it be possible to do anthro for a bridal shower and the other ones for the actual wedding. The stuff from target is more like small appliances whereas at Anthropologie I want their plate ware.

I would get rid of your honeyfund and just link the things you want at Anthropologie to your Target registry. Asking for cash is rude and those services take a chunk of the money. If people don't want to get you a physical gift, they know that you would like cash - you don't need to ask for it.

Three is totally fine. We have Macy's, Crate & Barrel, and a Zola honeymoon fund. (Also, you'll see a lot of people on this site saying never to use a honeymoon fund, but take that advice with a grain of salt! Honeymoon funds are very common in some circles and I see them at most weddings I attend nowadays. If someone thinks honeymoon funds are tacky, they'll just get you a traditional gift from your other registries instead.)

I think that's fine! My friend did Target, Crate and Barrel, and Amazon, so you're good!

Three is fine. We had registries at Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and Macy's and got nearly everything on them.

I found the website MyRegistry.com and you can register for stuff from all different stores and your guests just click the link to go to that store. I’m using it and love it so far! I don’t have to keep track of a bunch of registries and the guests can see what we want all in one place

We did three. We used Honeyfund as our main one we told guests who asked, then from there linked to BBB & Macy’s.
