Registry? Do you create a second one for a bridal shower or use the same one?what did you register for?

I'm not sure how this done? What is the right way to go about it? I dont need anything really other than some upgrades and a few furniture pieces I set up as group gifts on amazon. What did you register for if you already live with FH ? I wasnt going to do one, but there are several things thatcould do with an upgrade, or furniture items we are missing all together. Did anyone register on amazon and do group gifting? How does it work if it is partially paid for, like a coffe table ?

You could just use the same one if there’s a lot of stuff on there. Sometimes people don’t even get your stuff off the registry they may just show and give you some other gift

Thanks! That's what I was thinking, it makes it easier on me to have it in one place. Plus I will certainly use that discount to my advantage on whatever people dont buy after the day Smiley smile

I used the same registry. My husband and I had lived together for 3.5 years before getting married, so our registry was basically all upgrades! A nice pots & pans set, nice drinkware, an espresso machine, a robot vacuum, a set of nice lamps for our nightstands, etc. We had some random things like a dog door, margarita machine, milk frother, rug, outdoor fire pit, etc. We did ours through Amazon and enabled group gifting for gifts over $400. We were renovating our house too, so we had things like doorknobs, smart home accessories, light fixtures, a ceiling fan, etc. I did add a few smaller ticket items about a month before my shower, then deleted them after (even though most ended up being purchased) like new baking sheets, silicone oven mitts, stainless steel bathroom cleaning/plunger set (random but it looks super nice in our bathroom now and they all match haha), a garden hose, metal trivets, olive oil bottles, etc. so I'd recommend doing that for sure!

Sorry I forgot to mention this. If a group gift is partially paid for, they apply it when you check out and you have to pay for the rest. This was fine for us, our plan was always to buy whatever was left on our registry after our wedding because Amazon gives you a big discount after if you do that!

We are using the same one for both shower & wedding! Target had every upgrade we wanted so it didn't make sense to invest the time in a different registry Smiley smile
