Registry feature not working

I am trying to import registries from different retailers to Wedding Wire and it will not let me do anything. When I click "start new registry," nothing happens. When I create a loophole and am able to pull up retailers and say that I am already registered at Target, it asks for my URL, which I enter but then there is blank space in the dropdown menu asking me to select a retailer. Because of this, I can't add anything. What do I need to do? Thanks in advance!
