Registry issues

I found this in the WW help section, I hope it helps!!

Crate and Barrel

1. Hover over 'Wedding Registry' on the homepage
2. Under 'Give a Gift', enter your first and last name
3. Click 'Find a Registry'
4. Click 'View Registry' across from the correct search result
5. Copy the URL of the page that loads

I am having the same issue! I wonder if it has to do with my custom URL. I've read the help articles, which haven't provided any groundbreaking troubleshooting information. I am in contact with the help desk but they haven't been much help so far either. This is really frustrating because the registry feature is one of the primary reasons I chose to create my wedding website through WeddingWire.

Yes, same exact problem. I might just in my wedding website. Bummer because I really wanted to make it easy on my guest.

Update I may have figured it out. I did use Amazon but here is what I did.

1. Went into my Amazon registry then click share my registry that was near the setting otion.

2. Copied my link.

3. Went into my WW registry and WENT TO SETTINGS, just above "add a retail registry.

4. Once in there I update updated "Your unique registry URL".
