Registry Not Consistently Shown

Hi! Is anyone having issues being able to view their imported wedding registry links on your websites? My Bed Bath and Beyond link works fine, but Williams Sonoma stays hidden. Everyday I have to edit the page to “show” the link for guests viewing our site. It will be available on our website for several hours then becomes hidden again. I ended up posting the http site but it makes my registry page look sloppy and not user friendly. I emailed Wedding Wire help desk but there aren’t any updates or recommended solutions for my concern. Thoughts?

    I had the same problem with my Crate & Barrel registry- it's a matter of the retailer updating your information on their end.

    I created a hyperlink on the Registry page of our website and informed guests that what they're viewing isn't everything.

    Thanks for the insight Courtney. That's so strange that this keeps happening. Today my mom told me my Bed Bath & Beyond link was off. A bit frustrating as I'm sure it was for you too!
